Training Programs

FASST

FASST - Flexibility, Acceleration, Speed and Strength Training 
FASST specializes in working with youth, amateur, and professional athletes involved in all types of sports.
FASST will also cater to any type of person from the serious athlete to someone just looking to be healthy and physically fit. Check out our programs!

PROGRAMS

Elite Membership
Train up to 4x/week, intended for serious athletes training for the next level, improve speed, vertical jump, power, timed runs, fine-tuning movement, small groups up to 5 athletes. This program is developed for devoted athletes who want to train in small groups and really push the limits of their athletic ability. These athletes are typically training to move on to the varsity high school, collegiate, or professional level. Age of athletes: 15 and above. Call F.A.S.S.T. to schedule a free workout!

Developmental Membership
This membership is intended for athletes looking to compete at the next level, improve speed, and gain overall strength. These workouts will consist of group training where all types of athletes will train 3 days/week with up to 12 athletes in the group. During this time period, athletes may be at an increased risk of injury in sports because of the rapid growth and development at this stage. Our program will focus on strengthening the muscular imbalances throughout the body as well as working on flexibility. Age of athletes: 13-18. Call F.A.S.S.T. to schedule a free workout!

Youth Training Membership
The youth training program will consist of youth athletes looking to get a jump start in athletic training and development. These years are critical for development in motor skills and basic athletic ability. These athletes can look to improve coordination, balance, athletic skills, footwork, and prevention of injury. These sessions are 1 hour in length, 2 sessions/week, and will have a maximum of 15 athletes to 1-2 trainers. Age of athletes: 7-12. Call F.A.S.S.T. to schedule a free workout!

Team Training
Team training is developed sport specifically using the muscles groups that the particular sport demands. Our certified strength and conditioning coaches will put teams through workouts at our facility or at the teams. These programs are designed to deliver a challenging workout that is educational, progressive, and customized for entire the entire team. Athletes can look to increase first step speed and explosiveness while improving balance, strength, and quickness significantly. Proper movements and techniques will reduce the risk of injury, while developing flexibility and stability throughout the body. Coaches can expect fewer injuries throughout the season and better athleticism in order to teach more complex skills and tactics. 1 day clinics, 2 week, and 1 month training packages are available. Personal Training
Personal Training programs will include Total Body Weight-Loss, Tone-Firming, Cardio Interval Training, and Muscle Building. These clients will be put through workouts specific to their needs and wants, while being advised on proper diet and nutrition to reach previously unattainable goals. Workouts will be offered in 1 hour sessions that can be used at anytime up to 4 times per week. This program is intended for parents, athletes, or anyone else looking to work with their own certified personal trainer. Clients can also train with another person for a discounted rate. Weight Room Memberships
The HITS Weight Room will consist of free weights, machines, treadmills, and stabilization devices. HITS will offer memberships to the weight room and strength training equipment available. The memberships will be sold in 1, 3, 6, and 12 month packages. Free memberships are included in our 2-3 month Elite Membership packages, and our 6-12 month Youth & Developmental Memberships. Other packages must pay separately for HITS Weight Room Memberships.
